1. Services
Williams Dog Walking provides professional dog walking and pet care services in Squamish and surrounding areas. Our services include daily walks, trail adventures, and initial meet & greet consultations.
2. Booking & Payment
- Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly
- Payment is required at the time of booking or as agreed upon
- We accept payment via credit card through our secure payment processor (Stripe)
- Prices are as listed on our website and may be updated periodically
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: Full refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: 50% charge
- No-shows: Full charge applies
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to extreme weather or emergencies
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your dog's health, behavior, and special needs
- Ensure your dog is up-to-date on vaccinations
- Provide appropriate equipment (leash, harness, etc.)
- Inform us of any changes to your dog's health or behavior
- Ensure safe access to your home for pick-up and drop-off
5. Our Responsibilities
We commit to:
- Provide professional, attentive care for your dog
- Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
- Communicate promptly about any issues or concerns
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
- Follow your instructions regarding your dog's care
6. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your dog's safety, we cannot be held liable for injuries, illnesses, or incidents that occur during normal walking activities, including but not limited to: injuries from other animals, environmental hazards, or pre-existing health conditions. We are fully insured for liability coverage.
7. Aggressive Behavior
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for dogs that display aggressive behavior toward people or other animals. If aggressive behavior develops, we will discuss options with you, which may include modified service arrangements or termination of service.
8. Emergency Care
In case of emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If we cannot reach you, we are authorized to seek veterinary care for your dog. You agree to reimburse reasonable emergency veterinary expenses.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
